The African Elephant , Loxodonta Africana is the largest living land animal in the world. These gentle giants are known to be very intelligent and with a strong sense of mutual behaviour to protect the whole herd. They are silent yet powerful and with a strong instinct to stand together.
Despite the fact that elephants are so large, they are able to move around in the bush in such a in quiet fashion that nature lovers are often surprised when they notice how close these animals are.
